Cleaning
Cleaning services for overheating or poor performance involves a complete disassembly of the console and all components meticulously cleaned as well as the removal and reapplication of thermal paste and thermal pads. Any console repair that requires disassembly will receive a general cleaning that involves removing dust and debris as well as thermal pad and thermal paste replacement at no extra cost.

Some consoles are what is considered non-repairable, which could result from the parts required for repair not being available, or the associated cost making the repair unsuitable financially. We take considerable effort evaluating all possibilities prior to deeming a console non-repairable. However, we do require a bench fee, which is a non-refundable down payment to cover the time and effort put forward towards non-repairable consoles. Although we never want to return a console unrepaired, it is sometimes an unavoidable scenario.
